I want to get back into working out like I used to but for some reason I can't mentally anymore. I used to workout 5 days a week and hit 1/2/3/4 now can barely do that without feeling exhausted and weaker. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you're going for strength you don't need to go that frequent. Every other day is more than enough. Hell 3 days a week if you know what you're doing is plenty for strength
