>>77236666Damn nigger easy with those satanic digits.Anyway look up a full body CARs routine (controlled articulated rotations or some shit like that), basically go through every joint in your body and put every one through it's full range of motion.Also find a basic yoga or stretching routine and be consistent with it. Takes fucking forever, but it does pay off over time. There's plenty of full body routines out there that aren't super complicated so just pick one and stick to it. You want shit with dynamic stretching and shit, not just static stretches. You'll want to use your muscles to pull yourself into the stretch to make good progress.
