Im coming to those gyms frequently for like 2 years now and I dont think I have ever seen anyone repping or even 1rming more than 2 plates there, also I keep seeing the same people (usually onions looking middle aged men) that will come there frequently through this whole time and keep their technique absolute dogshit while barely making any progress at all both in strength and hypertrophy. Ive even tried to educate some of them while sharing the bench (I bench 170kg and Im countrywide on a competetive level in my weight&age class) and they seemed to understand but then I come to the gym again after some time and see them doing the same retarded shit again.inb4 I just want hypertrophy or something nigger just do incline or machines
