Unironically just chill out with the leg sessions and do more upper body work. I had this myself, quads and glutes legit got bigger than I'd like. Slim fit pants weren't even fitting anymore.

Now I always half arse leg day, I only squat 315 for 3 sets of 8 every time and don't do any progressive overload anymore. Always the same number of reps and sets, even though I could do more. I don't even do legs every week anymore, only every other week with the one I miss being replaced with an arm day, or sometimes one where I focus on overhead press. I unfortunately have very good genetics for leg gainz but pretty average everywhere else lol
