Are rest days even needed as a young guy?
Do workout A one day, workout B the other by the time I get back around to A I feel fit again
Why do a rest day if you feel ready to lift?
Are rest days for old people

If you are doing gear it might be possible to do that. Otherwise as long as your are making steady progress in your progressive overload its fine but once you plateau you should start adding in rest days or at least cardio days.

Depends on the RPE you work at.
I made steadyish gains up to 2/4/5/6 doing 6 days a week hitting each body part 3x, but I kept it around RPE 6-7
