Do you train your neck? I just bought one of these harnesses. Did 2x20 of extension with 2.5kg and 1x20 of flexion with 1.25. Felt like nothing obviously but I figure if there's any time to ramp up slowly and carefully its with the neck.

Alphadestiny says the gains come quick with this, has that been your experience?

I bought one of those and when I got up to about 70lbs or so the shitty thing fell apart.
I also got sleep apnea.
Neck got big tho.

gains come quick with any new exercise, especially something like this you never worked at before. Those gains are mostly neurological ie newb gains

The fuck? Were there other factors at play?

He's been making vids for like 10 years I think calling him a tiktok fag is a bit unfair, I like his vids. And he meant it relative to other muscles.

Post neck? Any before and after?

Seems kinda dumb unless you're doing something that warrants it like boxing.

The neck is one of most high impact muscles aesthetics wise though

Neither example has a massive neck.
As long as you do any somewhat heavy exercise your neck will look fine.
Especially since your neck will likely outpace your delt growth and will end up making you look like a thumb unless you have very wide clavicles to begin with.

Most guys that lift would look better with a neck that's 10-20% thicker

Yes, I got a lot of noob gains very quickly. I hook my harness up to the adjustable height cable machine at my gym, so I can do extension flexion and lateral flexion.

I'm a balding 5'8" manlet with a 24" head, so neck training is essential for me.

Other way around - heavy rubber on forehead and tuck chin and lean on it kneeling, turn (not bend, turn as if u were looking around) head slightly lleft to right, raise arms overhead. SCM and other things like multifidus and shit, gets neck Big yes, and deformed

Craning neck bacwards is what u do unwittingly slouching all day everyday, do the opposite when u "work0ut"
