uh idk, maybe in 30-50 years, maybe not.

Most women available today are deeply undesirable as partners and parents

It's only troonery if you do it to enact troonery man. There are various types of relationship you can have with a woman, so it just works. Don't let them win, anon.
>>77237842
I mean they're fine to fuck. They're just awful to date, let alone marry. You're lying to yourself if you think the average girl you see walking around doesn't have something meaningfully wrong with her that could jeopardize a relationship
>>
>>77237580
Why is this so true. I feel like on Twitter everyone over 26 is married with kids but IRL most people that are 30 or so are still single.

All good my discs not so much
Went the other way went to HIT in a moderate rep range only up the weight when I hit the end of the range for a week. Just holding off on loading increases has kept me mostly injury free for a few years.

I'm basically in better shape at 35 than I have ever been. I've had some minor injuries, lower back stuff, left knee and partially torn rotator cuff but managed to rehab it with exercise. My energy is better than ever, libido still like a teenager, visible abs, etc. Lifts are 2/3/4/5.25 and most have stalled besides deadlift but it is what it is at this weight while being natty.

Volume only is a meme, you want a balance between weight, volume and INTENSITY—if the movement isn't a high weight bench or squat I AMRAP every set Tom Platz style.

I still do my own modified 5/3/1 routine 4 times a week:
>5/3/1 high weight compound movement (bench, squat, dl, ohp)
>3 volume sets of that same movement after its done
>3 sets of 3-5 volume accessory bodybuilder-esque exercises afterwards
>30 mins zone 2 cardio (stairmaster/incline tread)
>10k steps during the day

Because you're doing 5/3/1 you're shifting throughout the weeks between higher weights and more volume anyway.

Some of those accessory that are non-negotiable to prevent injuries:
>back extensions for lower body
>hanging leg raises shoulders and lower back again via core
>lightish weight Bulgarian split squat for knees (I do only like 60-70kg)
Literally just do like 2 x 3 sets of these a week and you will ward the joint demon in my experience.

Rotator cuff is trickier to deal with and requires 3-4 exercises, fortunately I do 2 of them anyway (arnold press instead of ohp and lat raises) so I'll throw in the others whenever I feel like it.

Your situation isn't that unusual. You have a median-ish wage job (assuming you're in the US) and live in a cost of living crisis which means you'll need atleast 1 room mate to afford rent (more if you actually want to save money)—this is literally the default human experience if you are single right now in the West so don't feel bad about it.
>>
>>77238382
you know what? I can't argue with that. How do I fix myself?

If you're fit you're probably better looking than most people. You can get into some good customer-facing jobs that pay well, and customers like dealing with good looking people. I got into banking last year at 40k and this year I got promoted with the new role at 80-90k. After a year or two I can get promoted again and be making 120k+.

Lower back is extreme instability, I can flex it into pain. I can throw out my back from sitting for too long including shitting.

>how are your joints?
Fan-fucking-tastic, I'm becoming the calisthenics guy at the gym
>when did you decide to slow down and go for high volume instead of high weights?
High volume sounds retarded and gay.
I don't move the most weight I possibly can, but I focus on the highest tension exercises I can manage.
High volume is stupid because you're better off spending less time doing worthless reps and more time doing yoga.

Depends on a lot of things, but usually it will smell musky. Can be very stimulating and erotic or straight up disgusting. If she's hot and her hygiene and diet isn't terrible, it's a heavenly smell even when you get a hint of shit. Otherwise the smell can make you go limp. It probably depends on the pheromone to shit particle ratio plus some psychological factors (i.e. how attracted are you to her).
>>
>>77240290
>Depends on a lot of things
If they are ovulating they produce a very fertile smell that can make you go wild and will make you wanna cum inside that pussy, it's a pretty strong smell that can make even the low t dyels into a high t fuck machines. I love women
>>
>>77240297

>>
>>77237527
I'm pretty fucked. Some discs are def fucked, some have recovered reasonably well (at the expense of completely ignoring conventional heavy squats and deadlifts), some more recently damaged ones (cervical) will need more time and more care, I have nagging overuse injuries in a few joints that have been refusing to heal in years. I do weighted calisthenics, can go pretty heavy and work around my injuries, but I'm beginning to think I'd probably have to stop lifting for fucking years to kinda return to the pain-free state. Consistency in relatively heavy training (even if it's just weighted calisthenics) can be truly detrimental sometimes. I'm not sure what to do desu, not training would be incredibly hard to swallow.

They're good. Thankfully I didn't fuck them up following shit fitness influencer advice like failure training.

>When did you decide to switch to high volume
Personally I do low volume, high intensity. Zero joint pain and I get done within an hour. High volume takes way too long and feels like I'm wasting time after a while.

You're looking at the negatives. The reality is we didn't choose this we were sent there by our slutty generations influenced by (((media))).

The upside is being able to learn or play whatever you want. Without kids we're infantalized but it doesn't matter.
Nihilsm alone is suicide, but with Christianity it's bliss. Life is short, hookers are the bandaid a single man needs to what women should be but aren't; accessable and simple without games
>>
>>77241306
Avoid lifting heavy, but unironically. If you watched Scooby1488 (heh) he talked about it but also other oldfag lifters too.
You get the same effect with lighter weight going to failure or just avoid weight lifting entirely and do ruck marching
>>
>>77241306
Lift heavy but make sure to rest properly

>>
>>77241306
Lift heavy when you’re young to make them stronger, same for skeletal muscle. Bone and and tendon, joint gains are permanent
>>
lifting is absolutely not an option
3x a week is the bare minimal, 6x a week is ideal

32. Not bad, all things considered. It's really grim to start to see people in my peer group just losing the fight against their own body with weight and mobility shit. Work injuries ignored and accumulated. The broke and childless bit is getting tiresome though. The system selects for the fattest and most neurotic and domestic among us. I think I'd make a better parent than some of those types.

Take these supplements for general health and longevity
Morning: Multivitamin, Creatine, D3+K2, CoQ10, Omega-3, low dose Aspirin, NAC ( 1/2 )
Night: Magnesium Glycinate, NAC ( 2/2 )

Life after 30 is a slow-motion suicide without family. It's all the negatives of getting old; watching your friends drift away as they start their own families, your parents and siblings getting old and die, watching everything in your life slowly putter out as the magic fades; without any of the positives of things like family or community to shore you up. Everything rots away and you're left with the bleakness of oblivion, no hope of anything continuing. Anyone who has experienced considerable ageing among his family members (or already in himself), knows how blackpilling it is. It's really rough, once people pass their early 50s (or sometimes even sooner) you start to notice the slip-ups, forgetfulness, the declining of fine motor skills, the difficulties understanding new information. Human existence is a tragedy, there are so few years that you are allowed with full mental and physical strength. Your peak years are mostly wasted with education, where you have barely any control over your own life, because you have little to no money nor autonomy. Add to that the time spent sleeping, working, hygiene, housework, shopping, appointments, visits to the workshop - what do we have left? Everyone who has to work for a living basically leads a precarious existence, regardless of whether they are a simple worker or a well-paid employee. Before they have built up a comfortable fortune and a well established understanding of the world, the body goes downhill.

Absolutely fucked. Peptide clinical trials when?
>when did you decide to slow down and go for high volume instead of high weights?

>>
>>77237527
Lifting injuries outside of acute catastrophic snap city express visits are almost always a case of lack of speed of adaption vs speed of progression.

High intensity vs high volume doesn't really matter (unless by high intensity you mean deadlift 1RM after 6 months of not deadlifting, that isn't methodology it's mongloidism), what matters is the volume x intensity YOU are prepared to do safely at any given moment.

I am 34, I've had minor injuries practically everywhere but my lower back (deadlift is my best lift). You are going sustain injuries if you lift semi-seriously. If they remain minor and reversible is a matter of knowledge and discipline in regards to how you plan your sessions and how you respond. When you are young you get away with more stupid shit but lack knowledge, when you are older you need to be slightly more careful but you've hopefully learned something.

Joints are great. I lift more and heavier than ever, with no signs of regressing in the near future. Every single morning I wake up, grab a coffee, and proceed through a 1hr full body workout. I get 20-30 miles of running each week regardless of the weather. I eat clean with zero exceptions; my body is unstoppable and I feel like a million bucks 99% of the time.

Don't let culture tell you that time will make you weak. You can at your peak the moment before you pass into the next phase of your existence.
