I dont want water retention and I am freaking out rn. How do i tank my test levels from above reference range down to like lower levels of reference range???? Im natty, have never stepped a foot inside a gym and haven't changed my lifestyle either

HELP!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing I have done is maybe like been a little bit more inactive, so will taking night walks help??? I have gained 5lbs in like half a year and it's 100% water weight!!!

Anything i can take or drink to make me piss like a pressure washer? Thanks in advanced!
