day 2/31 complete.
just made salt water so that hopefully I'm not dying (semi literally) during the later days of the fast.
it still doesn't taste that weird despite its taste being such a common complaint i saw here

Alright, next time I wake up I'm starting my sugar purge. I already had sugar today (fruit and sweet beans) so tomorrow I'm going to have as little simple sugar as possible, and while I will consume carb I will NOT have any bread. Three one hour workouts a week, started seriously going to the gym first week of January and I've been steadily progressing every lift I do, except bench for some reason.

If you are plateaued for a very long time, that means your TDEE is not that anymore. Or you're mistaken about your intake. I would suggest a maintenance break where you eat at TDEE for several weeks. But this is also why being in Keto for 6 days a week, and then having a carb refeed on one day per week, is a good idea. It spikes leptin . Which not only controls your appetite for the rest of the week until the next week but it keeps your body completely out of starvation mode or metabolic slowdown which is potentially what you are experiencing if you are in a deficit for a long period of time . Like 16 weeks or something. Take a maintenance break.

Dude Konjac fuckin rules. My hot tips are to wash it real good, even when you think it's washed, wash it again. It doesn't need to be cooked, but cooking it does change the texture and I'm guessing it helps with whatever digestion occurs. I like to fry mine at mid temp in a bit of onions sauce and let the water from the rinse / noodles themselves do the rest. After that, I like to serve it in some gochujang, onions sauce, and garlic.

I assume you just mean added sugars. (one piece of advice for general carbs though is to actually measure pasta and rice before you boil(or for pasta at least get a sense for what portion of the box you're using, really easy to overdo it on those specifically)
For meals. With home cooking it's very hard to overdo sugar, just watch when it comes to adding packaged syrups or sauces.
With processed meals, it's a minefield some things have around what you'd logically expect but some things go hog fucking on the sugar (for example I got a premade meal once where the only source of sugar was bbq sauce, but they somehow fit 50% of the daily expected value into that bbq sauce) just check the labels so you can get a good sense for what brands pull that shit. Cereal is another one to be very wary of since some of the ones that advertise themselves as healthy have just as much sugar as the colorful children's ones
for treats, just work toward reaching a 1 per day limitation and that'll keep you in moderation, just check the labels to make sure that what you're eating isn't so bad that even 1 per day is unreasonable.
oh and soda (and similar drinks) is like really fucking bad. Cutting that shit out was #1 priority for me. The good news is that diet stuff tastes like 10x better than I remember it being as a kid, but I personally still limit that to 1-2 per week since I have bad teeth

I hit a very sudden and very absurd crisis in my long term relationship. I think I got like 30 minutes of sleep tops, still did my workout (even if half assed) and count calories, even though I kinda don't feel like eating at all.
