It has become literally impossible to find the rear delt/fly machine free at any given time of the day. It is literally occupied by some dyel zoomer faggot on a rotating 24 hour basis. When did this become such a trendy machine?

>>77240425It's very easy to cheat on and from experience I have a hard time feeling my rear delts with it, I mostly work traps with it. For the chest flies shit posture can make it a front delt/bicep exercise, even an ab one if you swing your torax to jumpstart the motion. As isolation for ending my sessions it also sucks because at that point my traps/forearms/biceps are already fried.
