I have a bad habit of getting my routine fucked up by lack of motivation and whatnot. From prior observation, I have noticed that autists have some tendency to get really attached to habits and compulsively follow them to a tee. Given that I am relatively neurotypical, I do not have this characteristic, but could I somehow give myself a form of mild autism that makes it so I'm chronically inclined to go to the gym at a certain point in the day and eat only certain foods in a strict diet? I know this would fuck up my socials if done wrong but surely someone has thought of this before.

It sounds like you just have the wrong kind of autism to begin with kek. You think developing autism is the best solution to this and haven’t asked about literally anything else. Fucking lmfao
Unfortunately that is indeed not the pattern loving and analytical kind. Maybe try to make a more lateral move?

What kind of lateral move are we talking about here?

learn to seperate gym and eating good from "motivation" you dont need motivation to do that.
You just do it, its really that simple.
And the best thing about not having motivation is you cant be demotivated.

This is the most effective way. You don’t build up motivation to brush your teeth. You just do it. Treat going to the gym and eating well like brushing your teeth. You just do it everyday.

Vaccines for 3x5 and play sonic the hedgehog for 3 hours every two days. Remember to keep your back hunched over and always breath through your mouth.

>play sonic the hedgehog
Also effective: read a few hundred papers on PubMed about the sonic hedgehog signaling pathway.
