>pull ups>push ups>dips>squatIs it really that simple?
>>77240048Rwplace pushups with bench press, and get rid of dips and replace thwm with an actually useful exercise.
>>77240048I did a circuit training routine for a while involving weighted dips, weighted pull ups and weighted squats. Something like 30x squats, 8x pull ups, 12x dips all with a 15kg weighted vest and no pause between exercises. 1 minute rest once you did all 3 exercises, repeat everything 10x for a total of 300x squats, 80x pull ups and 150x dips. Shit really hits hard. Once I am in my 50s I might switch to that kind of training instead of weights.
>>77240055>destroy shoulders and build swollen bitch titsNaw man I'm good
>>77240048You will max out pretty quickly. The only way to get any stronger will be increasing repetitions to the point where it takes forever and you will probably give up on it out of boredom. Just progressively add weights once you can do 3x8 of each. That way you will actually see progress in a reasonable time without wanting to kill yourself.
>>77240048>squatOnly if you have a rack for it.
>>77240048No, you'll end up underdeveloping a huge amount of muscles and become wildly imbalanced. For example, you have no hip hinge exercise and not a single pulling exercise whatsoever. Anyone who recommended you to do only those four exercises is completely retarded and has no idea what he's talking about.
>>77240676>not a single pulling exercise whatsoever.besides... PULL ups?
>>77240680Ravaged that freak
>>77240548>swollen bitch titsThat's really a genetic and roiding thing.
>>77240680bidet'd that little brown zoomerito
>>77240048unironically yes
there's a russian guy on ig that has a pretty good body and transformations and his plan is pretty much weighted pull ups + weighted dipsi kinda believe him
>>77240055>and get rid of dipslol. lmao even.
>>77241028a lot of people rely on the same exercises and build strong aesthetic bodies. and no you wont max out quick on the exercises and yes adding weights is a great idea.
>>77240068Nice. I would do pistol squats or BSS at lower rep range. If you can stomach ruining the conceptual purity a little, consider adding single leg RDLs with a kettlebell. If you're strong enough, nordic curls are incredible for hammies too.
>>77240676>>77240680*horizontal pulling exercise
>>77240048>Is it really that simple?Weight them when they get too easy and yes it really is.
>>77240048Inverted rows, some ab and shoulder work and yeah you’re done
>>77240048Made a good chunk of my gains adding weight to these, just add an OHP (like a handstand pushup) and a row.
No
>>77240048i do chin ups and dips
