News flash , you don't like salads/vegetables you just like the taste of oil vinegar and salt. You can put those three on a piece of bread and get even more nutrition than a salad (if you take a multi vitamin as well)
>>

It's funny how the only things that taste good while being nutritious in your picture are botanically fruits
>if you take a multi vitamin as well
Or you could eat real food and get over it
>>
>>77240560
that's cool and all bro but I'll keep eating my cooked veggies mixed with rice and meat.
>>
>>77240571
Good job intellectual you scored 0.25 points on the pub quiz.
Do you have any more enlightening second year trivia to share ?
>>
>>77240571
This post is hilarious
>>
>>77240560
I actually like vegetables. Especially carrots, cucumbers, snap peas and radishes
>>
>>77240571
>>77240737
Fugg, I forgot cucumbers are technically fruits. Peas too.
I still like tubers. And spinach and arugala.

The average person can literally eat raw basil leaves and enjoy it. No one fucking seasons their raw carrots. Neither is a botanical fruit.
>>
>>77242252
Yup that's why they drench them in sauces and condiments and spices and add meat to attenuate to deathly taste from the leaves.
>>
>>77242267
>has never eaten a few raw basil leaves when making pesto
>has never snacked on a raw carrot
>has never heard of aromatic herbs
Who am I kidding, you probably never cooked a meal that didn't have instructions on the back of the packaging in your life.
>>
>>77242291
Yup because im not a subhuman like you who eats leaves, and no one is munching on thyme or coriander. You're on your own, your appeal to majority isnt even relevant or correct
>>
>>77242295
>no one actually likes eating leafy greens
>okay you do but that doesn't count
>aromatic herbs are not real btw no one actually likes them or uses them to make other things tastier and not the other way around, wars have never been fought over aromatic herb spices
Is this the part where you call me vegan, or do I have to make you move the goalposts and deny reality a few more times?
>>
>>77242309
Please go ahead show the class a video of yourself eating a mouthful of coriander or basil. (You wont)
>>
>>77240560
>you can get even more nutrition if you just eat the condensed nutrient pellet when you eat your nutrientless grain slop!
Look bro I like carbs, but carrot, celery root, beet, and squash btfo bread on every measure except agricultural scale (zog bullshit)
>>
>>77242316
It's not hard to btfo bread, but aside from squash everything else is nutritionally poor and has malabsorbed forms
>>
>>77242318
Of the nutrients*

That's why we invented stew, eh? Best part about a good stew is that becomes ingredients for other dishes if you want, too. Shepherd's pie filling comes to mind.

News flash: if you had almost any vegetable at all grown well within hours of picking it you'd realize how delicious they can be, and how wonderful life is. Eating snap peas in my garden are basically what gets me through Jan-May. Fresh lettuce (that hasn't grown for too long) is amazing.
>>
>>77242711
>grown well within hours of picking
That's the problem. Most people eat grocery store produce, which is usually bloated with water and not nearly as fresh.

None of my plants are coming in like this. I bought the heavy mulch meme and I think it's just a meme for the first 5 years

If I feel bad about my gardening I just put squash everywhere and water the heck out of it. Looks impressive and grows like crazy and you don't have to do anything until you have to High Yield the f out of the inevitable squash bugs. I do want to try to graft some pic related this year

>which is usually bloated with water
What

>you don't like salads/vegetables you just like the taste of oil vinegar and salt
Who gives a fuck. All the food you eat is seasoned. Try eating chicken breast without salt it's fucking disgusting.
>You can put those three on a piece of bread and get even more nutrition than a salad (if you take a multi vitamin as well)
Bread that isn't made in a factory costs more than vegetables.
Multivitamins cost more than vegetables.
Vegetables are critical for gut health.
Why not eat the thing you can grow in your backyard for free instead of the corporate slop replacement.
