I just dump a protein source into the soup and eat it half a jar at a time. Easiest meal I've found for me.Just heat the meat in a skillet, heat the soup in a saucepan, combine, consume.I use the spinach to make Caesar salads with tomatoes and chicken.I add a bit of cheese to everything to make me happy.
