I do grocery shopping twice a week generally at the cheap western supermarket and supplement from an Asian grocer.

Usually ground beef, pork sausage, chicken strips, ground turkey, cheddar, spinach, apples, tomatoes, and bananas.
I will purchase steaks and pork chops if they are on sale.
Occasionally, I will also purchase a loaf of sourdough bread and sliced turkey if I am in a sandwich mood.
I also order Wal-Mart's store brand soups to my house. I just dump a protein source into the soup and eat it half a jar at a time. Easiest meal I've found for me.
Just heat the meat in a skillet, heat the soup in a saucepan, combine, consume.
I use the spinach to make Caesar salads with tomatoes and chicken.
I add a bit of cheese to everything to make me happy.
