I've been like 120lbs for years and finally started going to the gym over spring break. Have been going five days a week since then and eating as much as I can manage. Is this good progress or should I step it up?
Keep doing what you're doing and take pics biweekly. You'll start getting comments about beefing up around the 5-6 month mark.
unironically stay hhere, maybe 5lbs at most.. you are peak sexo for women under 25
if there's any difference, only you can see it. you're probably not eating enough though - "eating as much as i can manage" is a very blurry term. get a food scale, track your kcal and you'll most likely quickly realise that you're not getting enough.
>>77241469you're realistically not going to make substantial gains in a month. just keep doing what you're doing
>29 daysstopped reading therefucking retard
>>77241939Compelling rebuttal
Most important is that you're gaining strength, and weight, at an appropriate rateAfter ~3 months you will start to see changes on ur body
>>77241939no no, hes right. He should have his IFBB pro diddler card by now. 29 days? should be at least 29lbs heavier he looks like he got lighter, unreal. you should start juicing immediately. you more than likely have low T and need exogenous testosterone to get remotely close to NORMAL gains. you should be way way hugger after 29 days. fucking dyel.
>>77241950Learn to stop being so combative by your nature. Not everything is an argument.
>>77241469You looked small and gay before, you look small and gay now. You should eat more and work out harder. It should only take 2-3 months to see an obvious change.
>>77241469In 29 days you learned how lighting works, great job!
