It's my preferred way to do things but I go when I can. Sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet and say "fuck it 1 am we going". Some days will come up where I won't even be able to make it so I go a day earlier and do 1/2 my normal routine. I think being adaptable has done a lot for the bigger picture of consistency than ritualizing it.
