I’ve literally never met a single bitch that was fat from eating fruit so please tell me why you need to cut it when you’re cutting

If you want to get legitimately huge, cutting fruit is a good idea IF you don't get sugar elsewhere but most of the time it's the lesser of two evils
>>

Cutting involves eating at a 200-500 calorie deficit and tracking calories/protein. What the fuck does fruit have to do with it? If it fits your macros you're fine.
>>

You should be able to eat as much fruit as you want since there’s not a single obese hoe on this planet that is fat ONLY from eating fruit

>this fucking thread again.
Like I said in the last fucking thread, veganschizo, I fell for that bullshit once and got fat as fuck eating bananas and apples.
>>
>>77241521
because the same people that tell you carbs make you fat also tell you that vegans are anemic.

Have you seen a single wegan? 99% of them are obese. Except for influencer, who larp as vegans, but eat meat and fish.

Fruit is great, IF youre already in great shape or lean.

IF you are a fatty and trying to cut, eating fruit may just make it harder. They "vitamins and mineralks" thing is a bit overblown: fruits arent that fucking awesome. So you can cut them out safely. BUT keeping them in may mkae it harder to stick to an otherwise healthy and conservative fat loss plan.

For example, doing a keto diet (mostly meat, eggs and green vegrtables) with fruit may mkae it harder/slower to lose weight. See also, carnivore diet for same/similar reasons.

If fruit allows your to hit your macros, lose weight and be happy, go for it. But for many, the sweetness just adds a layer of discipline that makes it easier to just cut out.

Nobdy is fat BECAUSE they eat fruit, but it may mkae it a bt tougher to stay on a diet and lose weight.

>vegans are anemic.
They are, on top of being deficient in +10 different other nutrients.
>>

>vegan
Lizzo was vegan and she said she was eating 5000 calories of Oreos and sandwiches everyday, if a vegan is fat that hoe is NOT eating mostly fruit be serious

Fruit is good for a cut because it keeps you full (fibre), helps sugar cravings and is relatively low calorie.
You CAN eat too much fruit though, especially high sugar ones like mangos - it probably won't make you fat but it isn't good for your health or cut.
>>
>X alone won't make you fat!
>But you're not eating X alone, you're eating X and Y.
>But X doesn't make you fat by itself!
>Okay, then eat only X.
>N-no, health problems, muh meat, muh protein...

Fruit = a source of calories. You're not being told to limit it because it's magic fat make juice. Retard.

I've never met a single person who got fat from drinking olive oil instead of water so you should start doing that.
