Eat whole natural food, don't buy fries, buy a real potato and bake it, don't buy a fast food burger, buy patties and make a burger yourself, etc etc
Try eating vegetables, grab a list of them and make some stuff, or fruit
You can eat a lot, it's just that oil and fat and cheese and sugar are calorie dense so it seems like you're getting too fat from a normal amount of food
Also exercise, more muscles mean you can eat more
