I can't do even a single sit up and I'm stuck at 60s planks since I started doing them 1 year ago.
>>
>>77242347
it means you're not doing them consistently, with incorrect form and are considerably overweight. what you're describing is biologically impossible if i'm incorrect
>>
>>77242353
I just reached normal weight from under weight.
>>
>>77242347
do some negatives, rorke

what the fuck is even your routine? sounds like youre on some bullshit exercises
>>
>>77242377
I'm doing basic bitch calisthenics, not eating enough and missing tons of days (currently at a 3-weeks streak, tho).
>>
>>77242383
no ones going to help you if you dont want critique of your routine. i assume thats why you started this thread, otherwise this is just a troll thread

>>77242394
day 1
>3x140 jump ropes
>3x15 inclined push ups
>3x10 pike push ups
>some negative/reverse push ups (i never recall the right name)

day 2 (rest + "maintenance")
>6x140 ropes
>3x60 planks

day 3
>3x15 squats
>3x25 glute bridges
>3x50 calf raises

day 4
>6x140 ropes
>3x15 push ups

day 5
>3x140 ropes
>3x60 planks
>3x8 bicycle crunches

day 6
>6x140 ropes
>3x15 squats

Diet is basically
2x big meals with:
>rice
>beans
>4x drumsticks
>some salad

2x snacks
>2x eggs or some leftover

Used to drink about 4~5 glasses of milk + coffee every day but stopped doing it this week to see if it helps with my acne.

I'm 177 cm and 61 kg.
>>
>>77242421
so you're basically doing cardio all week and the same amount of pushups i was required to do to pass PE class in middle school. what numbers did you start with a year ago?
also you're definitely not eating enough - "big" is a vague term. get a food scale, start tracking calories.
>>
>>77242421
Also: my body target is 70 kg and around 15% BF
>>
>>77242430
Is that even considered cardio? I asked some AI some days ago to give me a cardio routine with ropes and it told me to do like 30 mins of rope with different speed et al and got a big ngmi feeling.
The progress wasnt much, prolly around 5 reps in each exercise. I used to do more sets at the beginning, with no cardio, only a single exercise and full rest days doing nothing, but I was "fuck my life" and went 4 weeks without doing it. This way at least I keep the consistency.

I was skelly and I like the way I'm looking right now, but I want this >>77242432
>>
>>77242449
The last time I weighted myself I was 55kg, but I'm pretty sure that when I started doing calisthenics I was 50 kg due to being at the worst moment of my gay porn incel life.
>>
>>77242421
>>77242449
>ropes every day
>little to no strength training
Its quite literally a cardio routine. You can keep doing the rope exercises if you want to continue doing cardio but you are going to have to incorporate more exercises or lifts that improve your strength. If you only want to do calisthenics with no weights then you gonna have to increase that volume and add more exercises that actually do some sort of push/pull mechanics using your muscles.
And my god change your diet, you eating like a child.
>>
>>77242347
Why are you training your abs for isometric endurance?
>>
>>77242421
>Diet is basically

Just two tips. Eat the salad first and then the rest. This way, you slow down the rate at which carbohydrates and sugars are digested and absorbed, preventing insulin spikes with the associated energy crashes, and you also reduce the portion of calories stored as fat tissue. The second piece of advice is to take creatine.
>>
>>77242532
Third advice is to not read this post since its not going to change anything. Best advice is to eat more than if you are trying to gain more weight.

That goes without saying
>>
>>77242532
Fourth advice is to actually listen to this guy >>77242535 and start drinking milk between meals and ditch the fucking beans and the salad and at ground beef. x4 drumsticks is indian tier meals
>>
literally just eat more

You need to do less reps with more intensity.

People here will shit on this plan, but it is easy to pick up, and better than no plan.

If you're doing 3x15 pushups, they will do nothing for you, you need to progress to a harder variation.

Do well!
>>
>>77244380
Thanks a lot, lad. That seems like a good routine.
I don't know why I didn't look for a routine. I guess I just started doing what feels right and forgot to try to improve it besides trying to do more reps (and I failed doing even that).
>>
>>77242347
why would you even do situps? To fuck up your spine?
retarded
>>
>>77242525
abs muscles role in the body is force transfer and stabilization
>>
>>77244433
You're welcome.

You're in a good spot, you just need to add something called "Progressive Overload" to your routine.

> That seems like a good routine.

It's not really "good", but it's "good enough". It will keep you going for several months, untill you find your new favourites and build up from there.

Also, don't get discouraged if you can't do pullups. Just do all of the other excercises.

Also, you can switch up some of the planks for something called "MacGill Big Three" to spice things up.

Have fun!
