I used to go to the gym and lift heavy to failure, stuff myself with food, spend countless hours reading and watching videos about the best form and routines, etc. All I have to show for it are a fucked up knee and a fucked up elbow. Never again. I'm done. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Come on, you can do a few cool tricks like benching 3 pl8s while looking dyel and doing one arm pull-ups. The largest psyop currently destroying the youth. Go to failure maybe once every 3 months, then stop 2-3 shy for the majority of your training.

Many people don't train hard at all, but if you know you do... Definitely don't take every rep to failure.
