Can any of you bros tell me a squat form tip that felt like it changed your squat forever? Im not a novice lifter but I have always felt like my squats form is just not as clean as it should be. I can never sit up super straight and my ass feels like it winks at the bottom.Squatting correctly feels so fucking difficult for me. I have been making great weight gains w squats, and can consistently rep more weight each week, but I cant help but feel that I am just brute forcing the weight up than doing it with precision and great form. Unlike glute thrusts, deadlifts, etc, I cannot feel glute activation nearly at all despite having a huge ass. I might get a pump but it never feels fatigued like my quads and adductors do. I can tell im winking at the bottom of a deep squat but despite core bracing and paying attention to my form. Ive been looking up vids about feed exercises and what not, and Im even willing to take a hit on numbers if it means having perfect form cuz I dont care about ego. I just want to feel confident in my squat.TL;DR: im a retarded faggot who cannot for the life of them properly squat despite extensive research. anything yall did that helped?
>>77242551Best squat tip : Don't squat
>>77242551knees over toes guy maybe?
>>77242551Idk what style you do, but for a more oly-focused deep squat I basically need oly shoes or those wedges to raise your heel. And if you ass is arcing out you quads may need to get stronger
>>77242606I just raised my heels and my squat form was instantly fixed. lmao. ermmmm. time to buy oly shoes ig
>>77242551Keep your delts and traps tight. Focus entirely on shoving your hips back and then driving them forward. HIP DRIVE.
