I'm awfully out of shape.I have 4 weeks to improve myself, I want to lose body fat and build up as much muscle as possible and will go to gym every day.Whats the right diet for that and how much cardio should I do?Currently 5'10" and 209 lbs.
there is a saying: "people overestimate the progress they can do in a month and underestimate what can be done in a year"... why are you focusing only on next month
>>77242578Eat 1,000-1,500 calories only consisting of beef a day
>>77242583Started lifting again 6 weeks ago, but was slacking off a bit the last few weeks and want to catch up on the lost time. There is an event in 4 weeks for which I want to look and feel as good as possible.
>>77242603if you just wanna feel good in 4 weeks it would probably be only about fat loss, so the more extreme fat loss, the better you will feel
>>77242578It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline. If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
>>77242603>spends his whole being a gluttonous lazy fat ass>now demands to know how to reverse it 4 weeksngmiand why are lifting weights to lose weight? How much cardio are you doing?
assuming you have 4 weeks because you're seeing a girl and want to smash. you now only drink water and black coffee. you now only eat chicken breast, baked, boiled, poached but not fried. you can and should use salt to season but nothing else. you will drink 2.5 liters of water a day. you do cardio twice a day. This is broken into two 30 minute sets per session for a total of 2 hours of cardio each 24 hours. Preferably this is zone 2 running but elliptical is fine too, as is recumbent bike. The goal is to sweat but not be too busted up to not be able to do your next session. If you adhere to this you will see a drastic change in four weeks. It will not fix everything and it will not be sustainable for much longer than 4-6 weeks anyway. The odds are pretty good that after doing this you will revert to whatever lifestyle you had going previously.
you are literally trying to do something thats impossible - trying to change yourself without changing yourself
