For anons who have black dots, points in their vision. Not sure what causes it but i think it's too much time spent in front of a monitor.I did a 3 day water fast and the black dots disappeared. Unfortunately floaters are still there...That's all.
Looking at a monitor has nothing to do with it, it's debris collecting inside your eyeball as you age. I'm nearsighted and have lots of them since my early 20s because it causes more pressure inside the eye.
>>77242845Whatever might be the reason, the 3 day water fast fixed it!
Caffeine is one of the main causes.Your eyesight can heal and improve, but not while you're on caffeine. There are lots of other issues that people blame on "aging" that are caused by long-term chronic caffeine consumption. No, I will not source my claims.
>>77242743They are caused by oxidative stress in the eye. People who stop eating carbs and seed oil report their eye floaters disappearing.
>>77242983post more. im 38 and regularly ingest around 500mg caffeine a day. should i stop cold turkey? i know i will be v irritable.
>>77242743i wanna do a 3-4 day water fast but it will have to wait 1-2 months for my bulk to finish
