>he got feet mutilated by a shoe jewNGMI
>>77243988Well, I've stepped on a nail in picrel and come away without any foot mutilations, so don't go barefoot anywhere too sketchy at least.
>>77243996go be a mutilated goy slave somewhere else
i barefootmaxxed as a kid and now my feet are big and wide and destroy basically every shoe
>>77244006>mutilated goy slaveMaybe if you get some low-tier stiff-ass boots like those, but I just run overshoes on these and they hella comfortable.>t. foot-mogger
>>77244012you might as well
I've worn wide comfy shoes for all my adult life to the point I think I can't wear 80% of current footwear.Shoes feel claustrophobic, tight and narrow. It doesn't matter if they're cheap random brands or luxury sneakers, they all feel like shit; and if I wear bigger sizes, they just feel like clown shoes that'll slip off at any step.I'm getting worried, as my good shoes are starting to show signs that they'll fall apart at any moment now.
>>77243988I have been wearing minimalist barefoot shoes for the past 15 years. Through university and office work life.Formal, casual, wedding, etc. there is a barefoot shoe for all occasions.Saguaro and Whitin are good enough, no need to pay $200 for a shoe.
>>77244142I developed plantar fasciitis from worn down old shoes that was not going away with any kind of PT or stretching. Changed my shoes to a super supportive and padded pair and it fixed itself in like a week. While looking for solutions, barefoot shoes came up and it makes no sense at all that the complete opposite of what actually helped me was a common recommendation. Any thoughts on that?
i'm too height-insecure to wear barefoot shoes 2bqhwyf. they're all like 1mm off the ground. if there were wide toebox, minimal drop shoes with an appreciable stack height i'd be interested doe
I rarely ever wear shoes, 2-3 hours a weekI havent wore boxers in monthsI stare directly at the sun and deadlift 5pl8
Love my Lems, ordered two pairs directly from the US last time because they were cheaper. Then I got slapped by a bunch of toll charges and it ended being the same price as the stores who carry them. I guess I just spent a shit ton of Co2 shipping a pair of shoes to Europe that ended up saving me absolutely nothing lmao.
>>77244156I had flat feet, lower back and knee issues for years. While there is an acclimating period, it fixed these issues for me over the years.
>>77244156minimalist shoes are for your natural walking gaitI've got flat feet and have never felt more comfortable in toe shoes
Tadeevo Bliss are the best barefoot shoes. But minimalist sandals will always be better than shoes.
>>77244007Yeah same here, it makes finding well fitting shoes very difficult
>>77244935Softstar shoes are very wide
>>77244179>I stare directly at the sun and deadlift 5pl8I'm jelly
>>77244169>if there were wide toebox, minimal drop shoes with an appreciable stack height i'd be interested doeLems and Altra has some models. >>77244065Try softstar shoes.
Love my barefoot shoes. I injured my ankle pretty bad a few years ago so it'sbecome important to pay attention to how I'm walking and moving, and barefoot shoes do help with that. Can't just smack my heel into the ground with every step without feeling it. Ordered them too big, though, because I got used to sizing my footwear up to get good width. More styles are on my list
>>77244065>Shoes feel claustrophobic, tight and narrow.Get your feet measured. You probably have wide feet. Or you're buying the wrong size.
>>77244898gay
>>77244156>he can't walk without crutches
>>77245447Yeah I started wearing them too after both banging up my knee and suffering overpronation for a decade and then finally breaking the ankle on that foot. Squishy cushioned shoes just do not work for me at all.
>>77243988>wearing shoes that are too small is jew's faultretard take
>>77243988wide shoes have always been an option. ask for 4E or 6E and you won't have to pay a premium for clown shoes with no heel that fuck your achilles up
>>77244156Both the super-supportive shoe and the barefoot shoe remove the influence of a shitty worn shoe making your feet move wrong. Doing literally nothing is still a big improvement over actively making things worse.
>>77243988It's nice that somebody else is rasing awareness about this. I did this years ago on fit and retards complain that they can't get as good times in their pointless marathon races without special carbon plated goyshoes.
>>77245936here in Italy the local brands that offer "wide" options are never roomy enough for my feet, probably because narrow shoes look more fashionable or something. It seems to me that only in the anglosphere there are brands that make an actually wide toebox, for example I love my Topo Athletic shoes for hiking while in the past I've tried La Sportiva, Scarpa, Zamberlan, and Millet but I never felt comfortable with any of those>>77246324I'm pretty sure that serious runners train in shoes that are less springy than their race ones precisely because it would be unhealthy to use that much cushioning too often
>>77245555quads were wasted. he never said that the shoes being messed up are the jew's fault. he said the poorly manufactured shoe is the jew, as in a perpetual negative force against humanity. OP is as correct as much as he is a faggot.
>>77246722there's always brand variation, but not surprised you have trouble like that in italy. wouldn't be right to have big wide shoes -- you'd be mocked for wearing them. >>77245936 i fell for barefoot meme for about 10 years until i ended up with an inflamed Achilles. i heard those complaints about them but never experienced it myself until recently. Now i wear extra wide shoes with some heel raise
>>77246950yeah people look at them weird sometimes but Idc since I always found shoe fashion silly in the first place, also I tend to pick the most unassuming models so they don't stand out much at a glance. Anyway it's odd that you had sudden issues after a decade, there are times when I walked a fuckton in them with no issues, were you using barefoot shoes for running as well?
Whitins for workVibrams for gym
>>77243988What vitamins and supplements should I be taking to fix my now jewish feet?
