I have glandular gyno like pic related, is removing of the gland enough or do I need liposuction as well?Secondly, is it worth risking by getting the surgery done locally? It would cost 2x abroad but the surgeons there have more experience.
I'm not fat but have gyno and the surgeon I went to told me they just remove the fatty tissue under my nipples and that's all. Didnt' do it though because they wanted like $3000 to do it which is just insane for a procedure which barely takes 20 minutes

It is a simple procedure and any plastic surgeon can easily do it as long as they have follow the right procedure. >cut along the lower edge of the nipple >cut gland out>maybe do some lipo (don't let them install a drain though)>close it up.Whatever you do, do NOT let them do them cut across the nipple or do any weird reconstruction stuff. Anything other than the above is severely outdated and permanently disfigures the nipple. As long as you make absolutely sure they follow the right procedure you'll be fine. Find some example vids on youtube and show them to your doctor. No need to go abroad in fact I'd argue against it.

There was one skinny dude with very minor gyno (puffy nipples) and his surgeon decided to that needed his nipples to be higher. Now he looks retarded. Thing with surgeons here, is that they agree on your terms, but then they perform the surgery to their own vision. Price tag is the biggest issue for me. 2800 vs 7000 is just brutal.

Better yet, a description like I posted earlier.I doubt they're legally allowed to deviate from the cosmetic procedure agreed upon. Especially if it is a named and common procedure like this one and you have it in writing. Go talk to your doctor. With my previous advice you should be fine.
