I don't have diabetes. The skin condition is called acanthosis nigricans. You can see it on the inside of my elbow if you look close. Not sure why it's so bad on my neck though.

First of all, I am seeing your photo and this skin condition very clearly. You are saying you don't have diabetes, but from my side I am humbly submitting that acanthosis nigricans is not a disease itself, it is only a symptom only. In our ancient Ayurvedic texts, this darkening of the neck and elbow folds is a clear sign of aggravated Kapha dosha and excess Meda Dhatu (visceral fat) leading to insulin resistance in the tissue. I do my bicep curls at the very end of my session (after bench press and trap bar squats). Trap bar squats require grip strength - which you don't train. As for incline bench, I haven't tried but how did you arrive at your estimation of 205 for 1rm?

I've been working out since I was 12. The neck condition never really disappeared until I went vegan in sophomore year of highschool. My diet was ultra clean and I was probably in the best shape of my life. I'd wake up at 4am to do Sprints and running before school.

FYI - I do 225lbs for 7 reps (current PR) and likely 8, but since I solo lift I don't risk the bisquit.

And if you squat with a belt - you are losing gains from not stabilizing your core muscles, similar to deadlifting with a belt or using wrist straps (leave grip strength gains on the table).

I Squat without the built while warming up to my working set of 315lb right now. So I only use the belt when I do 315lb, eventually my working set will be 350lb+ and I'll be warming up with no belt until I get to that working set. Only thing I've ever used was BPC-157. I had terrible insomnia from 16-18 and developed chronic pain in my joints cause I didn't want to stop lifting and walking home 4 miles from school. Tbh, I was doing 225lb bench for 1 rep when I was like 17 and squatting 235lb for 7 reps. I'm supposed to be so much further along if that insomnia never held me back.
