I was 320 pounds now 280 and curious how best to prevent loose skin? I have been using bio oil daily and using Nivea moisturizer all over stomach before bed.

What best to do to make it so I have as little as possible I'm 30 for age reference

For the most part there isn't much you can do as the damage is largely already done. How fat you were and how long you've been fat, and your own personal genetics are the biggest deciders on how much loose skin you're going to end up with. If you were only 350lbs for a year or two you might be able to lose it all and end up with very little loose skin, if you were 350lbs for most of your adult life you're probably going to end up with a considerable amount as you're skin have had time to stretch out.

Your skin only has so much elasticity and once its stretched to its limits it makes more, once you lose weight and that excess skin doesn't just go away, as far as your body is concerned that's perfectly healthy skin and there's nothing wrong with it being there.

Skin will tighten up over time, its not all doom and gloom, if you have loose skin keep the weight off for about a year and it'll likely reduce considerably, don't expect a miracle, but it'll likely be far less severe after a year than it was when you first hit your goal weight. The 1 year mark is about your equilibrium point, after that natural reductions in loose skin will be very slow, consider surgery if you're still not happy after a year.

This is bullshit, fasting won't magically make your loose skin go away and your body doesn't target excess loose skin for autophagy. What people tout as the effects of fasting is largely just the natural reduction that was going to happen anyway if they were fasting or not.

This will help somewhat by filling out your loose skin with muscle instead of fat you can reduce how loose it looks, but depending on just how fat you are and how long you've been fat there's only so much that can be done.
