Lots of Unis even let members of the public pay for and use the gym. When I was in college there were grandpas working out there.

Same age, same situation (med school, 25). The college gym is included in my tuition, doesn't make sense to pay for another if I don't need to. I go 4-5 days a week and have never had a problem or felt like a creep. There are professors that use the gym, nobody cares. You're 25, not 45, it's only weird if you make it weird.
