My wife is 170 pounds. I should be able to easily put her on my back and do a 3 x 12 set of squats but she doesn't sit nicely on my back like a barbell, she kind of just hangs off my shoulders with most of her center of weight roughly behind my lower back. Also her center of weight seems pretty inconsistent as I go up and down and she moves around a lot. What is the best technique for squatting an adult woman?

>>77245158If you have her sit on your shoulders it would most closely match the weight distribution of a back squat. Her holding your shoulders while you hold her legs is the more interesting way of doing it. Perhaps you could have her hug you from the front which might be like a zercher squat.
