Working legs more than a few times a month is terrible for your physique. Big legs look so goofy, stupid, make you unathletic, focusing on them is a big mistake if you want to be aesthetic. The attached image is an exaggeration, but the core message is still there.

T-Rex had 3 brains (one in head, two in guts) and was smarter than most humans. They didn't die from Chixulub only beta herbivores suffered from the atmosphere being destroyed and less vegetation and they were in fact flourishing to the extent that they were going to kill literally everything and so nature decided to evolve Elephants which could defeat them due to the enormous spears that come out of their face. Some T-Rex survived by learning to fish and became whales. Do split squats with dumbells instead of back squats they're better and won't gib your posture. Have a nice one.

This isn't a problem unless you have short legs. That said squat is not compulsory.

what an absolute DYEL take

what did i just read lol, kek

I saw one that survived the fire. You could drop a nuke on these things and not kill them.

What if instead of neglecting the body part that doesn't need as many reps to train efficiently you put more effort into your upper body so you can actually get /fit/ and not be a DYEL loser making excuses for why he's gonna half ass his lifts today?

People don't realise that they're self-reporting as sub 6 ft when they have this take. If you're actually not a midget then it's impossible to get legs disproportionately large simply because our bones are too long.

I do two sets of Bulgarian split squats per workout. That ought to be enough.

This is the most stupid thing I read recently on /fit/

Not only are your leg fitness, as in walking every day, a strong indicator of longlivety. We are one of the most long endurance animals. And guess what? We run with our legs.

Your legs and back are the single most important part of the body. You can live without arm or even knee. But never without back and legs.

If T-Rex had been so smart they would have had longer arms to reach their dick and jerk off
Nice try though

While I do agree with the sentiment, training legs fries your cns and takes some of the protein away from upper body so I'd rather train legs for a few weeks hard then not at all. Or once every week or 2 compounds only for the core gains.

>your liver makes enough protein for if you nailed every muscle in your body to recover the same
I don't buy it for one second. I will continue to only do upper body 95% of the time as long as my physique doesn't start to look unbalanced. In a full body routine unless you do more upper body its leg dominant because theyre bigger muscles so comparatively you are doing them more. It's like hitting arms once a week and benching once a week thinking you won't be chest dominant.
