what could be some relatively clean meal that would give me 1000-1500kcal and consists mostly of carbs?
I used to have everything in my diet strictly planned (basically eating same trusted meals every day, rotating them every couple of months) but now my job has changed and I need an additional one. getting my carbs from gummy bears makes me want to vomit desu.

If you want to add clean carbs, just add sweat potatoes until you reach your calorie goal.
