if ur new, I would recommend cutting 200 calories per week, until you notice the weight is going down, then stay at that calorie level. I would say that a good indicator is hunger. are u feeling hungry a lot? if not, that is a sign your calories are too high. make sure you are accurately tracking, be super autistic about it. if it doesnt work within the next couple weeks, keep cutting the calories until it works. im wishing u luck brother. we're all gonna make it brah
