you know how minoxidil increases blood flow to the scalp and that solves hair loss, what if I just sleep upside down like pic related? would that have the same effect
Just accept you’re bald Anon. People would’ve figured this out by now.
>>77246253thoughts on stuff like ginger? does cardio help? any correlation between coffee and balding?
>>77246655as of right now, the only things that work are finasteride/dutasteride and minoxidil, combined. everything else that has any benefit is so insignificant in its effect that it's not worth the time you spend on it.
>>77246043yes blood flow is a major contributor. this is why people with round skulls go bald more, something with the mechanics of blood flow. you can do scalp massages to help with hair loss, i had some success with growing it back from massages alone. but there could be other factors too, some people's hair grow back by changing diet.
If you just grow a beard and put on some mass, being bald might actually be a positive.
>>77246043IMO sleeping upside down would be bad for your brain’s overnight flushing process
>>77246043Grow a handlebar mustache and wear a leopard speedo, then it won't look strange if you carry weights around with you and work out all day
>>77246043Bro scalp massage works betterKnead the scalp deeply, don't rub the skin
>>77246043The meme is that we don’t know why minoxidil works.
>>77246043just get on minox buddy, i can't believe the stuff exists. it's a miracle
>>77246043Not really an answer to your question but I've been on min for about 10 years. It has done a fine job of preventing any more loss. I recently started doing whole scalp over skull massage 3 times a week, 20 minutes at a time and I've noticed some actual new hair growth on my temples. Worth a shot if you want to add something to your hair routine.
