I've been sick for the last 4 days and it's still pretty bad... coughing nonstop, runny nose, muscle aches, mild fever, etc. But I've already missed two lifting days this week.

Should I go to the gym and do low volume (less sets and reps than normal) or wait until I feel better?

>had fever in the last two days
>had big cough the previous day
>lost my balance (due to weakness from disease) the last two days
>couldn't eat a square meal due to disease the previous day
muscle aches mean that I do 40-60% less weight depending on the lift
joint aches mean I warm up for twice as long
both at the same time means I don't go or do babyweight and light cardio
