How do I fix a thumb injury I got in 2023 from arm wrestling when the other person deliberately bent it and didn’t let go?

It’s about 70% healed, but the tissue still feels squishy and my thumb cracks a lot.

I had two X‑rays: no broken bones and no dislocation.

What do I need to do? Should I try a different doctor?
