Anyone here tried cutting out all supplements and only relying on base ingredients? No creatine, no whey etc just eggs, rice, meat, etcWas your performance impacted for the worse or the better?
>>77246441You could do this. It would be expensive and time consuming to prep all the meat you'd need though.
>>77246441I stopped creatine and dont notice much difference other than less shitting. I do still jave one protien shake a day. Feels good.
Modern day supplements are waste product placebos that barely do anything. Protein powders come from waste, creatine is chemically synthesized in a lab from products that would otherwise kill you, preworkouts are caffeine bombs that adrenalize you.You can get everything you need from your natural diet of eggs, fish, meat and fruit.
>>77246441I've cut whey several times before. No matter how I try to eat more protein my recovery gets significantly worse.
>>77246441without l-tyrosine i'm a fucking mess
>>77246441Im highly suspicious of supplements even tho I take them daily. I wouldn't be surprised if I just stopped all supplements and didnt notice any difference whatsoever
>>77246441wtf are you talking aboutI dont take any of that shit.
>>77246441YesI started doing way better, better absorption, better feeling better everythingALL supplements are placebo trash and if you're deficient in something you need to fix your diet instead of buying jewish pharma tasteless candy pills
>>77246444it takes me like 3 hours to cook a pork shoulder in my instantpot and its enough for a week
>>77246441I don't take supps and I am 100% natty and been lifting almost 3 decades later and I'm still getting gains. The only "extra" I take is drinking a coffee sometime before going to gym.
>>77246441Whey isn't really a supplement, it's food. Chicken breast tastes better and is better for you. I find it easier to eat 50g protein in chicken breast than get down a 50g shake.
You can get everything you meat from a purely vegetarian diet
Antivaxx tier crazy itt, supps are good and fine
Are they necessary? Absolutely notBut theyre really convenient, which is why many people use them. You can go through hoops and loops to hit your macros and micros goals, but its easier to cover the gaps (or help reach certain goals) with supps. For example, adding some protein powder to some yogurt its more convenient (and economic) than eating more meat, for me at least.
>>77246724jews hate this man
Vast majority of people who consume this stuff are your average gym goer who doesn't put on the time nor the effort for any of this to make the slightest difference.
>>77246441Yes I have. But can be tricky. Just do stoneage diet with modern modification. Dont forget your fermented foods.
>>77246441Cut my whole stack down to only vit D during the winter. Haven't noticed much difference but I also eat pretty clean. Might start magnesium again and see if it helps my recovery
>>77246740Freudian slip lol? Just eat a burger dude
>>77246763Yes they do. Oy vey
>>77246441Am I the only one who thinks creatine gives an unpleasant watery look to one's physique?
>>77246441Yes. I'm the guy on more supps than Smaev, and I feel like a tired weak normie then, kek.
