Today is my last day of college. My BA in history. I feel totally lost and sad. This is my physique.

Last 1 or 2 weeks till learning how to maintain. I basically starved maxed.wake up weigh in, drink electrolyte water, then coffee and green tea. Walk morning or mid day an hour with weighted vest. Omad with maybe a snack till 2 or later. Lean protein and low starch vegetables. Every 2-4 days add breakfast with more fats and carbs like canned sardines, raw beef liver, eggs, avocado, potato, fruit, yogurt, nuts. Dinner can be same or more lean meat veg. Training is loose but at least some resistance 3 times a week and cardio 4-5. I do 12 min cold baths once a week also. Sleep atleast 6 hours.
