If you could only lift two days a week dude to unfortunate circumstances, what would you do?
>>
>>77247051
I'd just do all the steroids and forget about lifting, because I won't put in the effort
>>
>>77247063
Do steroids work like?
>>
Push and pull
Are briefs and boxer briefs now in fashion? When I was in high school we all wore boxers
>>

cry online and post faggot photos

Two days per week might not be optimal, but is more than enough to make gains. I would do full body both days.

>If you could only lift two days a week dude to unfortunate circumstances, what would you do?
I would lift two days a week.

What sort of retarded mong are you.
>>
>>77247051
after reaching a certain level of strength 3 full body sessions a week were too much for me long term, so I pulled back to 2 proper workouts a week + 1 minitraining for smaller muscles + 1 cardio and it feels fairly optimal
>>
>>77247051
Two days a week is more than enough

>What would I do
Full body compounds + as many isolations as I can muster
>>
>>77247272
Same, the last exercises of the full body day always suck ass.
2 upper body days, 1 leg day and an optional fuckaround day for shit like abs/forearms/core
>>
more like unfortunate circumcisions

2 days is not enough but if it's all you can do, you much go to full blown failure on every set
>>
2 days is enough, especially if you can do a calisthenics day in between session

Workouts being hard is one thing but the main problem is I was very clearly under recovering despite having a reasonably healthy lifestyle, so the most natural answer was to reduce frequency to hit a sweet spot that could be maintained over time.
>>
>>77247051
Either upper-lower or just do full body both days.
>>
I do a full body routine twice a week. I've pretty much been maintaining for years and this works for me.

He did, why don't any of you anons?
>>
>>77247051

2 days is perfect for tren
>>
>>77247681

the real reason mentzer was training with less frequency was due to tren use. when ur on tren, you are overstimmed 24/7. yes, your muscle recovery is faster, but your nervous system recovery is slower.
>>
>>77247051
300g of carbs of PWO/Intra workout carbs with as much insulin you can push to intake that without going hypo,

100mg Anadrol, and 1mg Mtren PWO

Whatever stims you want in ur PWO too, DMAA clears tho

Workout full body for 2 hours...
>>
You will 100% grow if you do full body twice a week.

Fucking dyels in this thread.
>>
StrongLifts 5x5.
>>
>>77247051
Just do normal BB work. Ill focus on shoulders and chest though
>>
>>77247839
Tren isnt available yet back in his time
>>
>>77247051
I look like this and I do this
>>
>>77247852
This.
It's also the only reasonable answer.
They say there is no such thing as a dumb question, this board clearly proves otherwise.
What else are you going to do? A push-pull and not train legs? A upper-lower with sub-optimal frequency?
x2 is where it's at
>>
>>77247051
Lift two days a week. You won't win Mr. Olympia, but you'll stay strong and healthy make some modest gains.

>>77247113
Boxer briefs are basically universal at this point.

Briefs: Only worn by males under 5 and over 65.

Boxers: Only worn in the ghetto by retards who think it's cool when your pants fall down.

Boxer-briefs: Worn by everyone else.

That said, I wear briefs, because I hate underwear that extends down my legs.
>>
>>77248013
thanks for the explanation. the times are a changin'
>>
I'd do two 3.5 hours workouts
>>
>>77247051
change my circumstances
>>
>>77247051
depending on the timeframe between lifts, you could theoretically just do two full-body days or an upper/lower split
>>
>>77247051
PC x CS x

Pull and Core:
-Weighted pullups ~5x3/6
-Facepulls bicep curls, and upright rows ~3x10/15.
-Cable crossover rows ~3x15/20
-Weighted back extension and weighted ab wheel ~3x20/30.
-Hanging toe to bar leg raises once to failure.
-McGill big 3 once to failure each.

Compounds and striking:
-Overhead press ~5x3/6.
-Weighted dip ~3x10/15.
-Front squat ~3x20/30.
-Cossack squat ~3x20/30.
-Alternating db clean and press with moderate weight for up <5 minutes of continuous work.
-Landmine circuit boxer squats, core rotations, and unilateral presses for <10 minutes of continuous work.

Dynamically strong and anaerobically conditioned to fight sloppy but explosively at a hell of a pace for a round or two like Micheal Chandler, but also with extra attention to looking yoked in my upper back.

35 here. Shut up faggot.
>>
>>77247051
I do only lift 1-2 days a week and it's plenty to tread water and maintain your strength
Just hit each major lift at least once
So one day I do press and squat
The other bench and dead
For 1-2 sets of 1-5 reps each. ez
What you guys who insist on doing dozens of exercises plan to do the second you no longer feel like going to the gym 6 days a week for forever I haven't a clue
>>
>>77247051
Are they still trying to Photoshop a chin on this fridgebody manlet?
And then you see him in Shameless and laugh at his side profile.
>>
>>77248161
That's a good program. Frequency leaves something to be desired but when you're stuck trying to fit everything into two workouts a week that looks like a solid way to stay strong and conditioned enough, not for 8 rounds of boxing, but for 5 minutes of fucking you up while you tell yourself your joosy pecs make you super straight and manly.

Now, no amount of lifting in a vaguely combat-adjacent way is ever going to stand in for actually training that combat sport, but dude seems aware of it and admitted to fighting sloppy. He specifically compared himself to Micheal Chandler, a guy who is strong and explosive but notoriously low fight IQ.
