Fake and Gay.Any universal nutritional guidelines you think are just fake and gay? Our ancestors were not eating 1g+ of protein per lb of body weight, right? 3000 to 4000 mg of potassium a day seems unrealistic too. Grains are dogshit and were not massively existent pre agriculture. Oh also sodium should be less than 1000mg a day. Eat 3 meals a day? Nah. Maybe they just want us to consoom more vitamins / groceries..Seriously think about our ancestors diets and ask yourself how tf could they get the RDAs that modern science recommends? Something doesn't add up. Also im retarded.
>>77247138is that possible (rly goin on a limb here) that most of your ancestors were not getting the right amount of nutrition they needed
>>77247138What you said +Cholesterol being this determining cause of mortality when for centuries it's all non-east asians used for fat, cholesterol rich foodsVitamin D, actually have been proven to be WAAAY off the mark but not in the say you think and i personally attribute it to cholesterol fearmongeringhttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5541280/#:~:text=The%20Statistical%20Error%20in%20the,to%20reach%20100%20nmol/L.Needing x or y serving of vegetables (leafy greens and legumes, not botanic fruits purposefully lumped with vegetables to poison the well). Pointless dogma. Poor in nutrients.Omega 3 and 6. The ratio thing is dubious and it seems that the quality of the omega 6's matter more i.e not getting something with advanced oxidation or glycation just from sitting at room temperature like seed oils. Get stable omega 6 like olive oil.Creating 5g a day. Propaganda to sell supplements
Our ancestors ate food sourced from the wild as much as they could
>>77247159They got enough to live long enough to reproduce and to raise their young. But I like where youre going with this. I mean how much does nutrition impact lifespan vs other numerous factors.
Pre-agriculture they just went where the food was. Their diet in terms of micronutrients was a lot more diverse and scarcity was short-term. Post-agriculture people also typically didn't starve unless there were wars or famines, because there was a social net and grains were typically available but could spike in price. Micronutrient profile was poor and the calories were just sufficient to sustain themselves and work. That's assuming your broke ass had poor ancestors, though.
>>77247212if you are actually healthy person with GREAT and rich diet, you exercise and you dont destroy yourself with vices (alcohol, drugs etc) you can live 80-90 healthy years without major problems
