Almost all supplements worth buying are always isolated nutrients that you could just get all at once by eating meat.

Just google "foods highest in [supplement]" and 99% of the time the best supplements that everyone raves about, are nutrients in meat, eggs or fish as the greatest natural source.

>but the supplement pill has higher quantity of [nutrient] !!1!
That may be true, but with meat you get dozens of these nutrients at once.

Protein, creatine, carnosine, taurine, heme-iron, glycine, magnesium, zinc, real vitamin A (retinol), etc. etc.

TLDR: Just eat meat like a normal person.

???
>>
>>77247381
Meat should be at all costs. It cancer
>>
>>77247358
>DMAA
>it narrows blood vessels
So just another toxin like caffeine and nicotine that constricts your blood vessels and reduces blood flow to the brain making you half retarded.

Amazing how we keep finding even more elaborate ways to harm ourselves the exact same way over and over again.

Why are you assuming the average vegan eats pumpkin seeds + pumpkins are fruits so someone on paleo or ancestral or whatever would definitely consume them
>>77247388
Well it doesn't matter
Potent/does something = banned or overpriced
>>
>>77247381
>but with meat you get dozens of these nutrients at once.
If only there was a supplement that gave you MULTIple vitamins at once....hmmm...
>>
>>77247389
>Cacadoo plums

Ah a staple of every vegan diet. Nevermind most of it gets destroyed by cooking or antinutrients

When did I say anything about vegans. What? You just said to google "food highest in [supplement]". Meat is not always the answer

Someone forgot his meds.
>>
>>77247401
And he's correct. You're cherrypicking with malabsorbed forms and in some cases shitty dv% while being "high" or something where you need to consume absurd amounts of. You're deranged ngl vegantranny

Humans don't need vitamin C in large quantities if they don't eat carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates compete with vitamin C to enter the cells and dramatically raise your dietary requirement.
In carb-heavy diets our requirement is in the range of milligrams, on no-carb diets it's in the range of NANOGRAMS.
Meat has more than enough of this nutrient and doesn't have the carbs that make you need much more.
People have survived for millennia in the arctic polar circle with access to near zero amounts of fruit for over 10 months of the year and never experienced scurvy.

lmao
>malabsorbed forms
I don't see any proof of that. I don't think the AI would list them if you didn't absorb at least half of it.
>shitty dv%
I don't think they would have showed up on the results if they were shitty dv.

I think you're just mad I posted that stuff not even 5 minutes after you blatantly lied. hahaha called out

>There is not a single vitamin you can't get from just eating meat!
>NO YOU DON'T ACTUALLY NEED THAT VITAMIN HERE WATCH MY SCHIZO YOUTUBE DADDY.

You can't make this stuff up. Ketoshizo never fails to amuse.
>>
>>77247414
That's ketoschizo, ranting against imaginary vegans and posting studies that say the opposite of what he's claiming are staples of his.

>>77247433
Ooof. yeah I'm sure the slight 30% decrease in need for vitamin C means you can just ignore it. Surely your teeth won't fall out.

>Lack of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) directly impacts dental health by weakening collagen in gum tissue, leading to bleeding gums, increased periodontal disease risk, and potential tooth loss. Common signs include swollen, red, and tender gums, with severe deficiency causing scurvy. Increasing intake through fruits, vegetables, or supplements can reverse these symptoms

Yeah, AI-fags are fucking retarded. Webm related.
You can pretty much coerce or trick an AI into agreeing with anything.
I did post AI screencaps ITT but only as a reply to another AI-faggot. Low effort replies must be responded in kind.

>>77247439
>>77247440
The video contains scientific sources that I also included in the post and I specifically pointed out how it works.
Also, your beloved and all-powerful AI that you always use disagrees with you too. >>77247433
You're just mad that you got proven wrong (as usual).

Carbschizo, I honestly feel sorry for you. IDK why I even bother trying to educate you.

You always post the same "sources", either someone points out the source says the opposite of what you're claiming or it's some outright false article, then you do the same not even an hour later.

Reminds me of what the Austrian painter said about some people.
>>
>>77247444
Those sources don't support your claim of not needing vitamin C. Are you implying you don't need it at all? What levels do you think you need if you avoid carbs and what is your human evidence for that? I'm not going to watch a grifter's video and you're pathetic for having that ready to go meaning you obviously watch that garbage on the regular.

No one can answer your question. This is like asking if vegetables actually do anything for you as if these kinds of things are going to act like drugs. Just because you don't get a high after taking whey protein doesnt mean it isn't doing anything
>>
>>77247460
Imagine having a diet so bad for you that it only look good when compared with veganism.
>>
>>77247339
Creatine yes, BCAAs are also good but they're already in protein powder so you might as well just buy protein powder.
>>
No one will be able to point out who exactly who i am unless they bring back ip count or unless everyone points their own replied but i like to barge in these threads, reply to x side, reply to y and make them fight each other as if they're arguing with one person and watch the thread devolve hours later sometimes +100 replies of accusations for statements i made and they have to both stick by in tribal manner

Thousands of supplements are proven to work, the "proof" just ranges from tiny manufacturer-sponsored jeet clinical trials to a few that have data-mogged most prescription drugs.

Ecdysterone is a bonafide supplemental phytochemical anabolic non-androgenic steroid that's only monitored by WADA currently, so...

Creatine
L citrulline
Caffeine

Nothing else.

No such thing as a vitamin D, you body can produce it from cholesterol
>>
creatine
vitamin d
magnesium
omega 3s

thou needn't more
>>
>>77247388

if creatine is test, then dmaa is like tren. it will take you to a new level, training wise. its effects on your cns far outweighs the vasoconstricting effect, and even improves blood flow to ur muscles as a result. that being said, it does overstimulate you and tolerance builds up, so it's not for everyday, but the days you wanna set new prs.

What you "need" that is "essential" is just the tip of the supplementation iceberg; all the best performance-enhancing shit is not essential and you can't get supplement quantities out of regular food portions.
