Ive been a chubby guy all my life so i decided to go on the cut and start tracking calories and working out at home. Here i am 4 months after and i have no idea wtf i should do, my legs are small like sticks and my ribs are showing but my lower abs are still hidden behind a layer of fat, so do i cut, mantain or bulk up now? (I weigh 57.5kg at 178 cm)

Lean bulk, 200 calories surplus. You're already lean enough for a 6 pack if you had the genetics for it, so the best you've gotta hope for is growing the muscles to show
