I have an eating disorder. I burn 2500 extra cals a day through exercise, takes 4-5 hours all so I can eat a shitton. Not junk but like tons of meatloaf and mash and such, I just have a huge appetite. I'm at like 5000 cals a day maybe more. I'm not fat but I will explode in weight if I stop exercising. What do? I'm so tired of hours of cardio a day
