I like the feeling of being big but its unhealthy and doesnt really require discipline. Lean is more aesthetic and and just looks better without a shirt (in the mirror, on the beach and on pics etc). Right now im at around 80kg / 177lbs and im cutting a 2 to 3 kilos more for optimal shrededness. I feel tho I gotten more compliments when I was heavy because I just looked more intimidating at that size with clothes. Without a shirt tho i feel like i look much more impressive when lean. maybe I should roid

breakfast:
oats with flaxseed, whey, creatin, some honey and some fruit. + glass of water

lunch:
4 boiled eggs

dinner:
couscous with canned tuna (no oil) and spinach

I’d go with leaner in summer and a bit heavier for winter to look bigger in clothes with the added benefit of being able to eat less strict for a change. Looking great as is tho.

hGH and AAS don't even do that much compared to schizo-tier supplement polypharmacy, especially if you start blocking a lot of the same downstream catabolic pathways that get upregulated as a result of the former two.

If you even go so far as to ask a normie to do reverse network pharmacology on MuRF1 and MAFbx/Atrogin-1, they will look at you like you're asking them to remove a brain tumor from a rocket ship.

There are a *really lot* of supplements that are somewhere in the grey zone between "natty" and "enhanced" which individually don't build as much muscle as hGH/AAS, but completely mog away hGH/AAS when stacked in ridiculous combinations.
