>this is the ultimate physique one can achieve after 15 years of roidingWhy would anyone do that to themselves again?
>>77248799Just dont do hgh
>>77248799Powersharters will look at you straight to the eyes and tell you this is peak male deadlift physique.
>>77248937This is correct. Hgh should be avoided at all costs.
>>77248799Those tiny delts after taking steroids for 15 years with 10000ng/dl test in your blood. Shit tier jewish genetics.
How do I avoid getting HUGE GUTS?
>>77248937>Just dont do hgh>>77249523>This is correct. Hgh should be avoided at all costs.>>77249596>How do I avoid getting HUGE GUTS?This is all just downstream pathway skill issues. See picrel.>>77249549Still frame-mogs Tay-Sachs babbies I guess, but he really should have run hGH like 30 years ago, kek.
>>77248799Cope, he was deliberately sticking his stomach out in that photo. Mike looks sick when he's actually trying to, and flexing everything. He'd definitely benefit from lowering his dosages and losing weight though>>77249596A lot of it is just from having a crappy diet with way too much junk food. Chronic bloat and a boatload of water retention. The issue is, that it's basically impossible to get your bodyweight as high as modern physique standards demand without eating a lot of garbage, it's simply impossible to get that many calories in while eating clean. At one point Brian Shaw had a chef who was preparing him a bunch of healthy meals every day, but Brian unintentionally started to rapidly lose weight, so he had to go back to the junk food just to get his calories up. Arnold, Frank Zane, Franco Columbu were a lot smaller than these guys. Franco is comparable height to Mike but only weighed around 180lbs.
>>77248937>>77249523I don't think HGH is the issue. Derek MPMD theorised that it's just from too much food and being too big in general like >>77249724 said. Maybe some 5'6" dude just isn't supposed to be >230lbs, even if it's all muscleSylvester Stallone was known for abusing HGH and his waist always stayed tight because he stayed at a reasonable bodyweight and wasn't chasing crazy mass
>>77249724>it's simply impossible to get that many calories in while eating cleanthat's the stupidest fucking thing i've read today, it is insanely easy to do
>>77249835Just try and eat over 4000 calories of beef, eggs, chicken and veggies bruh, you'll be absolutely stuffed by the half way point. That's why you control carbs, increase them while bulking, for easy calories
>>77248799WOULD
>>77249857your body just gets used to it numbnuts, timing is the only thing holding you back since you have to eat every couple of hours
>>77248799Bodybuilders can't even run properly and get gassed in a few seconds. Such a waste of time to get like that.
>>77248799I hate Shitraetel more than most, but he was sticking out his gut in this one. His physique is not why he's off-putting.
>>77249979He's way too big for his frame imo. I genuinely think he would look a lot better if he downsized
>>77249724I’m 180 pretty lean and I don’t eat that much honestly, it would be pretty easy to make my breakfast and lunch more substantial and balloon up to 200 but it would be much harder to stay lean
>>77249549There is no that shitty genetics tgat results in such small delts on such hugh doses of roids. He is justa confident retards, who has no idea what he is doing those delts would be much bigger if he stopped his "training".
>>77248799>huge chest Delts would be easy just do a ton of mp and ohp at different grip angles and widths. I'm mostly working on different delt shit and arms. It's almost impossible to have too big delts.
>>77250853And that's leaving out back work like uprights and heavy dbs not for lats. I am currently spamming uni 95-115 rear delt rows, sets a base for pressing after doing it for a month seriously.
