i do it mostly practicing upright paced walking, but also work in front of camera, and you actually have to be relaxed and confident to display such posture, you're subconsciously hiding your pp with anterior pelvic tilt, with shifting pelvis backwards you're tucking your tail, very complex topic

well if u don't have electrically assisted ground moving beneath you you can cut that in half and reap benefits of actually propelling yourself forward with gastrocnemius and gute max doing that work and u keep your posture upright if it's on flat - treadmill is always uphill cause your foot sinks into the retarded thing which hunches you over, same for rooning, same for cycling, rowing, hiit you name it - only upright walk is upright, obviously

if you fold arms on chest and not much changes in gait nor effort you're upright, aim for extended thoracic, tucked chin, pelvis forward and forward leg straight in knee
