opinions on egg protein powder? How does it compare to whey?
Horrible texture, more expensive. Tried it because I'm lactose intolerant, found that it's preferable to just chase whey with lactaid.

>>77249640DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY EGG PROTEIN!It tastes incredibly bad, I've never understood people who complain about taste but this is not fit for human consumption. It has this weird very strong bitter raw eggy taste, I guess mixed with the very artificial flavoring that's just straigth up vomit inducing. And it can't be chugged while holding your breath, it doesn't dissolve at all and gets all foamy in the shaker. It takes like 15 minutes to consume one shake, once you get through all the foam and liquid most of the stuff is still there and you have to spoon out the big chunks stuck to the shaker.Then I thought I could at least make a microwave cake from it because it's just eggs so I tried that. It got nicely soufléd but when it cooled down it deflated and got very tough. And it had the exact same awful strong taste even though I mixed it with 100 g of flour, so I gained nothing but now it took hours to consume, even with sips of water it was very hard to chew, I even soaked it in water.It's insanely that they would even sell something this bad, it's not even close to worth it, it costs like twice as much for protein than normal eggs or meat while it's like torture consuming it.
