>>77249824Posting in a troll thread. I will say that after I started drinking at least 2l of water a day before 5:00pm - workouts are better and its easier to get the pump. Before I would drink maybe 4 cups of coffee and a diet soda or two and maybe one glass of water before working out around 2:00pm - and its a lot better being fully hydrated. Try it for a week I bet you'll keep doing it.
