Got 24 of these at costco. 70 cal 9g protein 1000 mg omega 3s each. Fish oil pills have like 300 mgs btw. Total life hack IMO.

Triglyceride form: Better absorption, usually more expensive.

I regularly eat salmon and thusly don't need it.

However we should all be taking vitamin D and, if we don't regularly eat red meat, creatine. Our whole species is deficient in the former and the latter is just great.

...but I've been running an n=1 trial of moderate ice cream consumption for years and don't have diabetes, so I wouldn't write off every observational jeet study as a pure statistical fluke.
