What's your cholesterol stack?
evolocumab & ezetimibe
>>77250642& fenofibrate
Right now trying to keep it under 100 with just citrus bergamont. I don't understand because my HDL is 54 and my triglycerides are 42. My LDL hovers between 90-110 though.
Mot eating like a pig and having enough of nitric oxite donatirs, k2, magnesium, etc.
5mg rosuvastatin. Will add ezetimibe if I'm not under 50 LDL-C next blood draw.
What is with all the chemical niggers in the thread?I eat carnivore and my HDL is twice my trigs at 99 vs 45, respectively. Last blood test I had an anomaly and my LDL was popping at 34, I've been desperately trying to get it up to 150+ for the health protection gains but my test is almost out of the normal range as is so I'm assuming it's a fluke or fat adaption.
>>77252265You clicked on a chemical thread, retard.Your "muh hdl-trig ratio" cope is like 20 years outdated, btw. Cardiologist/lipidologist 99.9% (caveat, current) consensus is apoB minimization.
Any panthetine maxxers here
>>77252265I'm the guy taking repatha, ezetimibe and fenofibrate.95% of people don't have to worry about their "cholesterol", but mine is simply fucked from inherited hypercholesterolemia and other issues.I've gone way deep down the rabbit hole on atherosclerosis.LDL and HDL are bullshit biomarkers, they're so far removed from heart disease risk its not even funny.>>77252367apoB and apoA1 aren't much better either.Just keep your CRP and triglicerides low unless you've got some actual condition, or a strong family history.
>>77250642Greetings fellow evolocumab taker, your lpl(a) must be off the chart like mine.
>>77252389yes, you could say that
>>77252265Kek. Mine us on the high side too but I feel good. Eating and lifting. Feeling ok
